Guided tasting
Sitting down without hurry and letting the wines do the talking. Vallée d'Olmè unfolds glass after glass, alongside the flavours of the land and those who tend the vines every day.
A walk among the vines
Walking among the rows and the hillside paths, where the bush vines root at 850 metres. You stop to look at the Madonie, you breathe, you understand where the wine comes from.
Harvest together
At the end of summer the vineyard calls. We pick together, basket in hand, in the oldest and truest gesture: taking home the thrill of having set a new vintage in motion.
Picnic in the vineyard
A cloth laid out among the rows, a basket of local produce, a bottle opened in the shade. Time slows down and the landscape does the rest.
Wine & music evening
When the evenings grow longer, the vineyard lights up with music. Glasses, good company and the sunset over the Madonie: the moments that stay with you.
