The vine in flower among the leaves and the vineyard soil: the biodiversity of Valledolmo.

A wine that is good for the land
and for people

Sustainability here is not a label, but the principle that guides every choice: environmental, social and territorial. Made of everyday gestures — concrete and easy to repeat.

Environment

Energy from the sun, nothing wasted

Our winery was born from the restoration of a farm warehouse, refurbished with energy-efficiency in mind. Every choice aims to reduce our impact and close the loop: what the vineyard gives, returns to the vineyard.

  • A 6 kW photovoltaic system that covers more than 70% of our energy needs, cutting costs and CO₂ emissions.
  • No single-use plastic: washable tableware and compostable materials, with up to 90% less plastic waste.
  • Compost for the vineyard: up to 95% of organic waste returns to the soil, reducing outside fertilisers.
  • Less food waste thanks to weekly planning calibrated on bookings.

Inclusion

An experience open to everyone

We want rural tourism that is genuinely accessible — physically, sensorially and economically. For us, inclusion is also a matter of content: the very way we craft our experiences.

  • Tasting room and welcome area that are fully accessible.
  • Trails with sensory stops for visitors with visual impairments: leaves, grape clusters, tools and aromas to touch and smell.
  • Simplified, guided workshops for children, older people and those with special needs.
  • Reduced prices for schools and groups, plus tailor-made experiences.

Concrete, not slogans

Our commitments

Scroll to see how sustainability enters every choice: from the soil to energy, all the way to people.

01

Soil

Alive and covered

Cover crops and minimal tillage: the soil stays fertile, holds water and protects life.

02

Water

Every drop counts

Dry-farmed where possible, with targeted emergency irrigation: altitude and wind help us.

03

Energy

70% from the sun

A photovoltaic system powers much of the cellar: less fossil fuel, the same work.

04

Materials

Little waste

−90% plastic, 95% of waste to compost: the vineyard gives back to the land what it takes.

05

Community

Open and accessible

Local work, reduced prices for schools and groups, spaces for everyone: sustainable also means social.

06

Over time

We measure and improve

Numbers in hand, every year: real reductions, not words. Sustainability is a path.

Territory

Rooted in Valledolmo, with eyes on the Madonie

Investing here means contributing to the sustainable development of an inland area of remarkable scenic value, championing its environmental, cultural and productive resources.

  • Native grape varieties and bush-trained vines: the biodiversity and identity of the land.
  • Routes through vineyards and hillside paths to discover the inland areas of the Madonie.
  • Local partnerships with farms, artisans and hospitality businesses across the district.
  • A hub for mindful tourism, in support of rural regeneration.
