In the vineyard
Bush vines at 850 m
Catarratto and Perricone as bush vines, where the temperature swings and breezes of the Madonie shape the grapes.
Valledolmo · Madonie · 850 metres
In Valledolmo we grow Catarratto and Perricone and welcome small groups for tastings and walks among the vines, between wine, local produce and the rural landscape.
Our philosophy
It all began in 2018, almost for fun, with a small garage wine experiment. From a 1954 vineyard and a handful of essential tools grew, year after year, a true farming project — and in 2024 an estate rooted in Valledolmo, in the Madonie.
What we believe in
Every choice, from the vineyard to the glass, springs from four values that are not a slogan but a way of working.
Energy from the sun, zero single-use plastic, waste that returns to the vineyard as compost. Here sustainability is made of everyday choices.
A tasting room, trails and experiences designed to be truly enjoyed by everyone — including those with different mobility or sensory needs.
Living the vineyard like a home: respect for the soil, for the rhythms of the vine and the seasons. It is the very meaning of our name.
Only Catarratto and Perricone, historic witnesses of the Sicilian tradition, trained as bush vines just as it was done in the old days.
The experiences
A walk among the bush vines with the winemaker, the story of how the wine is born, a table laid in the shade with the local specialities of the area. Our experiences bring together nature, taste and knowledge — in complete tranquillity.
The wines · Vallée d'Olmè
Vallée d'Olmè is the French name for Valledolmo: two wines that carry into the glass the altitude, the breezes and the light of the Madonie.
White · 100% Catarratto
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. It smells of citrus, flint and flowers; on the palate it is soft, fresh and savoury — the pure minerality of the mountain.
Red · 100% Perricone
Ruby red. On the nose, cherry in liqueur and rose petals; in the mouth it is soft and fresh, with gentle tannins, aged in part in French oak barriques.
From the vine to the glass
Scroll to follow the journey of the grape: from bush vines at 850 metres to a sip tasted among the rows.
The land
«Valledolmo and the Madonie deserve to be known for what they are: rich, genuine, and still waiting to be discovered.»
