How we handle your data when you write to us or browse this website.
This notice is provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to those who interact with the website and the contact form of Azienda Agricola Francesco Loi.

What data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: first and last name, email, any telephone number, the experience you are interested in, number of people, preferred date and any information you choose to share with us (including accessibility needs or special requests). We do not collect data automatically for profiling purposes.
Purposes and legal basis
- To respond to your enquiries and manage bookings or orders — legal basis: your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1 letters a and b GDPR).
- To comply with any related legal obligations (art. 6.1 letter c GDPR).
Providing your data is optional, but necessary for us to reply to you: without it we will not be able to follow up on your request.
Third-party services
To handle form submissions we use Web3Forms, which forwards the content of the form to our email inbox, acting as a data processor; the data is not used for the provider's own purposes. If the service is not configured, the form simply opens your email program so you can send us a message.
Maps are provided by OpenStreetMap: when a map loads, your browser contacts the relevant servers, which may record your IP address for technical purposes.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any relationships arising from it, and in any case no longer than the periods required by law.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights set out in arts. 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the withdrawal of consent. To do so, write to aziendaagricolafloi@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools. The typefaces are hosted on our own site and no calls are made to external services for ordinary browsing. Loading the OpenStreetMap map, where applicable, involves a technical connection to the service's servers.
